George Deriso Impressed by Steklarna Hrastnik

Date: 2 July 2015

In late June, George Deriso, American entrepreneur, consultant, and professor at the University of Colorado, visited Steklarna Hrastnik.

In the first part of his visit, he was introduced to the way we work and to the results we have achieved in the field of human resources and business.  The second part comprised a tour of the automated production of special bottles.

Our guest was impressed by the processes and working methods of Steklarna Hrastnik. “My visit to Steklarna Hrastnik was amazing! The company has proven that everything can be achieved by focusing on people and adhering to the right leadership principles. I noticed that the employees are loyal to the company and are well aware of the fact that they can contribute to the company’s performance.”, said George Deriso at the end of his visit, “As a professor at a business school, I would be more than pleased to show my students the outstanding example of Steklarna Hrastnik.”
