French luxury glass bottle factory opens in UAE

French company Saverglass, a world leader in manufacturing luxury glass bottles for perfumes and cosmetics, has launched a facility in Ras al-Khaimah in the UAE.

Ras al-Khaimah ruler Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi opened the manufacturing facility.Sheikh Saud said Ras al-Khaimah will remain a perfect destination for investors from all over the world.The new factory will produce 150 million bottles annually.The company's products are exported to over 80 countries. It posted net sales of 712 million dirhams (over $190 million) in 2012.
