Fives Stein stands as the major engineering and Hot End equipment specialist supplier of new glassmakers and has already successfully delivered Hot End for 20 float glass plants worldwide.

Fives Stein production equipment is internationally recognized and is in operation in more than one third of all the float glass plants in the world. Currently, the group is implementing the following major float glass contracts:


  • Obeikan Glass Co: a new 800 tons per day float glass plant in Saudi Arabia.

    The scope of supply includes the plant engineering and the delivery of the furnace, tin bath, lehr and air pollution control.

  • YugRosProdukt - The first new Russian glassmaker

    The scope of supply includes the plant engineering and the supply of the furnace, tin bath, lehr, N2H2 plant, cutting line and air pollution control system, the first one to be installed on a glass plant in Russia.

  • Düzce Cam: a new 600t/d float plant in Turkey

    The scope of supply includes the plant engineering and the furnace, tin bath and lehr.

  • SalavatSteklo in Russia

    The scope of supply includes the complete delivery of a new tin bath.

  • SEJAL Glass – a 550t/d float line for the first independent “Western quality” Indian glassmaker

    The scope of supply includes the plant engineering and the furnace, tin bath, lehr and air pollution control system, the first one to be installed on a glass plant in India.

  • Euroglas Polska – a new 1000 t/d float line for GlasTrösch’s no. 4 float line

    The scope of supply mainly includes the delivery of the new tin bath.
