Window and door industry software provider Fenetech Inc. has relocated to a new 16,000-square-foot facility.

Growth over the last several years has fueled the need for an expanded space.  "FeneTech’s growth has been energized by FeneVision’s acceptance in the worldwide glass and window industry market segments," says Ron Crowl, president."In the last three years, we have deployed our software in five different languages in more than 10 countries. While the launching of our Luxembourg office in 2010 demonstrates our long term commitment to doing business around the globe, the new office at 260 Campus Drive, Aurora, Ohio, demonstrates our commitment to keeping all of the development activities here locally.”

FeneTech employees gathered for a flag-raising ceremony at the new facility.

Previously, the software developer shared a facility with its affiliate company Rovisys also located In Aurora, Ohio. The new Campus Drive facility has been designed to accommodate their growing workforce and boasts the latest energy-saving features, including daylight harvesting and state-of-the-art climate management, officials note. The building has been designed to not only optimize function, but to be comfortable as well.
