Customers rate SWISSPACER highly or very highly in satisfaction survey

SWISSPACER is delighted with the results of its latest customer survey. Customers from around the world took part in the survey and rated SWISSPACER highly in customer service, technical and marketing support, performance and product range.

Customers rated SWISSPACER very favourably compared to competitors.  

SWISSPACER’s next generation spacer bar, ULTIMATE, has the best thermal performance of all other warm edge spacer bars. Eighty percent of those questioned in the survey said Ultimate’s PSI value was better or much better than competitor products. That was not an unexpected finding given that overall, 92% of respondents rated SWISSPACER’s product range as good or very good.

Eighty-three percent rated SWISSPACER’s technical performance as good or very good compared to competitors. Eighty-five percent said SWISSPACER’s appearance was good or very good compared to competitors, and 82% felt technical support was good or very good compared to rival companies. Seventy-five percent said response times were good or very good, with 78% rating SWISSPACER’s general service as good or very good. SWISSPACER also scored highly for innovation as 90% of those questioned said SWISSPACER was innovative or very innovative.
