The framexpress commitment to provide tailored solutions that will meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations was demonstrated in this loft conversion project in Wales.

The leading fabricator was contracted to supply all windows, glass roofing and doors on a high specification project that required optimum use of space and light. As a two storey renovation that overlooks the bay just outside Pwllheli, the homeowners wanted to gain a room with a view in the loft.

A rated, white FS70mm windows and doors were produced to blend with the aesthetics of the existing property, whilst the roof incorporated active blue, self cleaning glass for easy maintenance and year round use.

The project also included the installation of a large bifold door as part of a sizeable kitchen extension.

Karen Gardner, Sales Manager at FrameXpress Ltd comments, “We worked alongside our customer on this project to ensure we could all achieve the final result. We take great pride in the reputation we have established over the years as a reliable and friendly company that looks to provide complete solutions.

For us, business relationships are more like working partnerships and ensuring we can provide a solution on more technically challenging projects is core to our business ethos.”

As a company the team is always looking to inspire consumers to invest by providing the highest performance products that can meet their personal design aspirations.

The homeowners had researched and evaluated the market extensively before making the substantial investment in their home. A stipulation had been made which required the roof renovation to be used all year round without the need for additional, expensive heating and ventilation systems to be installed.

With thermal efficiency and reduction of CO2 emissions remaining a priority for homeowners, frameXpress has once again set standards in respect of quality products and superior support services.

Orangeries and conservatories that include bifold door systems continue to remain a popular frameXpress product, with the market still very focused on carbon reductions. The team is proud to be at the forefront of the industry by manufacturing products that will help homeowners when trying to cut down on energy bills.

frameXpress as a company has established a formidable reputation in the industry for quality in relation to both products and support services, with a progressive approach to product development and technical expertise that is considered second to none.

Operating out of modern premises in Telford, we use only the best quality products during the manufacturing process, including Profile 22 Systems products as well as Winkhaus and Fuhr locking devices.

Sixteen colour foils are available as well as superior standard aluminium systems for both domestic and commercial projects, which all combined provides customers with a broad choice and greater scope to grow their own business.

Our team is highly qualified and offers expert advice on all sized and shaped projects, with skilled technicians available to discuss installations on an individual basis.

Karen Gardner concludes, “It is so satisfying to know that our commitment to provide technical solutions along with the best, most advanced products for our customers is reaping benefits. As energy efficiency and consumer demand continue to alter on an almost daily basis, we believe that through product development and bespoke services, we can offer our customers the individual, unique support they need for continued growth.”
