Beneq and America II Electronics enter a distribution agreement for Lumineq® displays

Date: 26 October 2015

As Beneq continues to expand its business of Lumineq® displays for extreme conditions, there is a growing need for wider distribution of the company’s rugged thin film electroluminescence (TFEL) displays as well as the fully transparent TASEL® displays, which have a substantial installed base and range of interesting future applications in the defense, transportation outdoor instrumentation and medical electronics markets.   To bring the uniquely rugged characteristics of TFEL displays and the magic of the transparent TASEL to a wider audience, Beneq has selected America II Electronics as a new distributor.

America II will represent the full range of Lumineq displays. The company will also provide customers with local expertise and support in matching the right display for the needs of each specific application.

“As the sales of our Lumineq displays continue to grow, we want to strengthen our distribution network to better serve potential new customers around the world. I am pleased to welcome America II Electronics to our international team of distributors for Lumineq displays. Together we can bring our unique crystal clear viewing experience to a variety of new products and applications,” says Mr Jukka Nieminen, VP, Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Beneq.
