Apogee Enterprises to Webcast Annual Meeting, Host First Quarter Conference Call

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq:APOG) today announced that Russell Huffer, chairman and chief executive officer, will host the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. on Wednesday, June 28 at 9 a.m.

Central Time (10 a.m. Eastern Time). The meeting will be held at the Apogee Enterprises, Inc. corporate office, 7900 Xerxes Avenue South, 19th Floor, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The meeting will be webcast live over the Apogee Web site.

To listen to the annual meeting over the internet, go to the Apogee Web site at http://www.apog.com and then click on "investor relations" followed by the webcast link at the top of that page. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a portion of the webcast will be archived on the company's Web site at the same location.

Huffer will also host a live conference call and real-time webcast to discuss the company's first quarter results and operations on Wednesday, June 28 at 7:30 a.m. Central Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time). First quarter results will be released after the market closes on June 27.
