Anchor Glass Container upgraded to "neutral"

Analysts at Banc of America Securities upgrade Anchor Glass Container (AEV.ETR) from "sell" to "neutral." The target price has been reduced from $9 to $8.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that Anchor Glass Container's share price depreciated by 48% year-to-date due to the company's disappointing results for the past couple of quarters.Anchor Glass Container's performance during 2005 is expected to improve on account of price increases and an improved in product mix, Banc of America Securities says.
