implementing lean production in glass processing plant

Hi all,

What are the important points and recommended solutions to effectively implement Lean Production in a Glass Processing Plant where there are too much Work in Process, internal rejects and machine breakdowns and other problems?

We have done more things as normally.But I want to get the different opinions, different experiences.
Most of the time it is not so easy to know how the glass defects happen.
Need your help

There is NO theoretical answer !!!!
Get a Glass specialist for produktion involved !
After ONE week of surey you will have definetively an answer to your problems !

Hi,
I am a lean specialist with a background in glass processing. If you can be more specific about wha level of glass manufactring you are talking about vis-a-vis problems noted, maybe I can be of any relevance.
