glass cooling

I am a new in glass bendig industry, I have problem with molds , wich tipe of molds for a small pieces is good I have tried some metals but I have heard for some ceramics, can somebody explane to me something of this, and I have problem with glass coolig,how long I need for cooling and when I can open my kiln.

The best mold material depends upon what product you are forming. In general terms, for low volume production, a castable form of fused silicate may be the most practical option. You can probably find these materials on the web. To learn about annealing time, you could look for information on annealing on the web, or in a technical library. You will have to carefully control the rate of cooling, or your products will fracture.
