Optical distortion on curved glass

The level of distortion depends on the thickness, type of glass (reflective, clear, colored) and on the bending type (narrow, large). The optical distortion can be reduced by using quality moulds and innovative technological systems.

I have been working on bent glass for the last two years, we have observed that distortion depends on heating-cooling parameters. More experimented producers of bent glass do not have this kind of problem at all.
