I am looking for a borosilicate tube of large dimension diameter 800 mm and lenght 1200 mm.
I want to substitute the PPMA existing solution for an industrial bio-process

Dear Sir,
I hope I am wrong but the dimensions mentioned are too large to be produced in normal tube blowing process.It would almost bew like made for you type.
Why not try to have a borosilicate sheet of that dimensions and then fuse the pcs in to tubular type finish

the tube has to resist to an internal pressure of 2 bar, do the technic you mentionned enough precise to assure solidity of the structure?
