Can anyone tell me if the the American tempered glass standards are comparable to the European standard EN 12150-1 or the Canadian Standard CAN/CGSB-12.1-M90. Is there a potential problem here when importing foreign glass products manufactured to a different standard?

In my opinion if you want to install tempered glass in lets say Germany it is normal that it fit European regulation and standards. Therefore if you would like to export glass to Europe it is necessary that passes EN standards.
