Depending on the application where the bent tempered glazing is used at least these standards apply:

ECE Regulation 43 (annex 4 and 5)

JAPAN Safety Regulations for Road Vehicles, Article 29

USA FMVSS 205 / ANSI Z26.1-1977 Z26.1a-1980

ISO has also documented several inspection methods and standards for different glazing products such as:

ISO 9050:2003 Glass in building -- Determination of light transmittance, solar direct transmittance, total solar energy transmittance, ultraviolet transmittance and related glazing factors

ISO 3537:1999

Road vehicles -- Safety glazing materials -- Mechanical tests

And

ISO/TS 16949:2009, Quality management systems – Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations

Hope this answers your question!

Thank you for the information.

Can curved tempered glass be tested same as flat glass as in BS6206? Can I stamp curved glass as bs6206?
