I want to put out trademark on the surface of a laminated glass before put it insede the autoclave. Do you know some kind of painting that can do this? Do you do something similar?

I am I house owner and I would like to know how can I be sure that the purchased glass is really a safety tempered glass? Is it possible to distinguish a normal glass from tempered glass just by look?
Is any kind of building glass (especially window glass) imported to the USA form Europe, or domestic production is sufficient and cheao enough?

I am looking for a soil-repelent for the detergent products of my company, and I read the recent newspapers which spoke about the SGG Aquaclean, and I think maybe the repellent raw material would be useful for my products. What do you think? Someone knows about the chemical family of this product?

I work on a large public aquarium in Brasil , south America , and my problem is:
Our largest tank have 14 windows panels of laminated glass ( Butyral type ) of 2x2 m and 65mm of tickiness each ( 6 layers of 10mm glass panels ) .
After one year running , only one of the glass pannels ( the visitors pannel ) of 3 windows has broken in a single breakage .Our glass furnisher believes that the glass brokened due to a bad handling during the instalation .
I am starting to renovate my house this spring and I am planning to replace also all my windows. I have visited a window manufacturer and he suggest me to install insulating glass filled with argon. Now my question is, does argon gas remain inside the insulating glass a lifetime or escapes earlier? Is it economically worth-having argon inside the insulating glass?
I was wondering, how much time a low-e coating last inside the insulating glass?
