Is the self-cleaning coating scratched easly by hard materials?

Does anyone know where I can buy self-cleaning coating?

I am looking for information on liquid crystal glass and its particular applications. I am eager to speak to manufacturers/distributors who will make their product available here in the United States. Do you know if this has been used in an exterior (ie. curtain wall) application? Are there other products with similar properties that can be used?

I am designing a glass roof over an unheated space. My glass supplier cannot give me deflection information for various types of glass. Where do I find such information so that I can have the carrying beams sized? I can figure snow loads and I know the length and width of each glass panel. Should I assume that I will be using a sandwich of tempered glass over laminated glass even though I do not need the insulating properties?

I am after information on kite marks on toughened glass one in paticular is BESPO.can anyone tell me the manufacturer and the country it was processed. I need to confirm to a client that this mark is a safety glass mark. they have to convince a local authority.

I work in photovoltaics where we regularly use low iron glass. Part of our process involves the use of a silicone encapsulant upon which we lay a piece of glass for protection of the solar cells. we are having trouble bonding the glass to the silicone and I feel it is because our glass cleaning process is not vigorous enough. I was wondering if anyone out there could let me know how glass is cleaned commercially before the application of things like thin films.
