Hi all, i want to construct a glass floor in my bathroom it will only sit 1 foot off the soild wood floor, ive got a supplier from china for the frame and glass panels however what im worried about is there any regulations i need to follow regarding the glass panels..they are made from 12mm laminated glass size 600mm*600mm and then sit on a 2mm acrylic board what if i want to sell this product will i be able to,what are the glass regulations for the sizes of glass that im using, and the glass if from china does it need some kind safty stamp ive tryed to purchase a floor from uk far to expen

When the glass tempered,it will have a weakness, it's easy spontaneous breakage when bump the edge, and the advantage is it's safety . so just relax about tempered glass.but our foreign clients every cared about the breakage. I have built a DIY anamorphic lens for my home theater using two crystal glass prisms (4" x 6"). We are interested in adding an inexpensive anti-reflective coating to these prisms to reduce reflections that bounce back to the screen from the lens arrangement. Are there any companies that can do this? Thanks.

I am looking for a non-contact method , sensing coated glass on a piece by piece production line, for quality control purposes. Idealy a sensor, I have trialled a few but no success. Does anyone have, for example a double glazing line that indicates the coated side of a lite?
