Some customers are interested in the open top container,i feel some disbelieve. The open top container is so expensive and so difficult to book its,why use it?..the glass is glass,but packing is important than it?

I've just installed new hurricane windows made by TRACO in my house. Two window panels cracked within 2 weeks after installation. One is the fix top panel and one is the mobile bottom panel. They just cracked by them selfs aparantely from inside outside temperature differential. Did this happened to anyone else ?. I'm in Boca Raton Florida. Please respond. Anyone.
I am very interested in copper free silver mirror, for it is environmental friendly and does less harm to environment than common ones.
