XPAR Vision and Emhart Glass Agree to Settle Legal Actions

XPAR Vision had asserted its EP 0 643 297 B1 patent in Germany and Spain and copyrights in Spain against the Emhart Glass FlexRadar system.

During a recent meeting between the management of the parties, XPAR Vision and Emhart Glass agreed to settle all disputes and to stop all legal actions between the parties.On the basis of the settlement, Emhart Glass is free to manufacture, use, promote and sell its FlexRadar system worldwide without restrictions.

The settlement agreement has immediate effect.
