Vitro Architectural Glass is pleased to announce that Mark Seeton, Vice President of Sales, has been appointed to the National Glass Association (NGA) Board of Directors.

The NGA was established in 1948 and has since expanded to over 1,800 companies, making it the largest trade association for the glazing and glass-building products industry.

Seeton joins the board filling the primary glass manufacturer seat for one term (2024-25), with the opportunity to be nominated for a second consecutive term.

“I am honored to join the NGA Board of Directors and to work with a group committed to cultivating a strong community among its members and building valuable relationships with important stakeholders in the industry,” said Seeton. “The board plays a pivotal role in steering the association's mission, vision and goals, and I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to these initiatives and further shared objectives.”

Seeton was named Vitro’s vice president of sales in 2019, where he leads glass sales efforts throughout North America, including for the company’s four glass fabrication plants in Canada. He originally joined the Vitro (formerly PPG Glass) team in 2003 as a national accounts manager, window and door. When Vitro acquired PPG’s flat glass business in 2016, Seeton was promoted to director of sales.

"Mark has been an exceptional leader for our organization for decades and exemplifies our core values, making him an ideal new NGA Board member,” said Ricardo Maiz, President of Vitro Architectural Glass. “With nearly 40 years of sales experience in the building products sector, he will offer valuable and unique insights to NGA members as they work to further the glass industry.”
