Vitro America™ Announces Organizational Changes

Vitro America has announced organizational changes at its Memphis headquarters. Mr. Luis Gonzalez, president of Vitro America since 2003, has elected to leave Vitro effective February 28, 2010.

Throughout his 25-year career, Gonzalez has held positions with both the glass container and flat glass divisions in different capacities.

Mr. Arturo Carrillo has been promoted to president of Vitro America. Carrillo's career with Vitro spans seven years, previously holding positions in strategic planning and chief financial officer of Vitro America since 2005. Carrillo received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard University.

According to a company statement, an announcement regarding Carrillo's replacement as chief financial officer is forthcoming.
