Viprotron North America is pleased to announce the addition of Jakub Kowalczyk to their team as the new Customer Experience Director.

Jakub's extensive knowledge of the glass inspection industry, exceptional attitude, and dedication to providing the best customer experience are expected to help Viprotron North America achieve its goals in the years to come.

Jakub brings seven years of industry experience to Viprotron North America. In his most recent role as Director of Sales and Marketing, he demonstrated his expertise by listening to customer feedback and launching new products and services tailored to their needs. His commitment to understanding and addressing customer concerns has been a key driver of his success.

Jakub holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and is set to complete his Master's degree in Marketing from Florida International University next spring. Outside of his professional life, Jakub enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their 2.5-year-old daughter.
