Sparklike is expanding its presence in North America with the establishment of Sparklike Inc., led by new President, North America, Kingston Eck.

GED Integrated Solutions has been Sparklike’s trusted distribution partner across the region for years and remains your point of contact for Sparklike in North America today. The establishment of Sparklike Inc. builds on that foundation, adding a direct entity dedicated to serving the North American market alongside the existing distribution relationship.

A direct presence built for long-term growth

The move reflects Sparklike’s long-term strategy for North America, one of the company’s most important markets for non-destructive gas fill measurement in insulating glass units (IGUs). As demand grows for reliable quality assurance in IGU production, including verification of sealed units and gas fill rate performance, Sparklike is investing in a direct organizational presence to support manufacturers, fabricators, and glass processors more closely.

Sparklike’s measurement devices are used throughout the IGU production and quality control process, with independent studies, including validation work conducted by ift Rosenheim, supporting the accuracy and reliability of Sparklike’s non-destructive measurement technology. Establishing Sparklike Inc. allows the company to bring this expertise closer to partners and customers in the region, with faster response times, more direct technical support, and a stronger local point of contact for North American accounts.

Kingston Eck’s role

As President, North America, Kingston will lead Sparklike Inc.’s commercial operations across the region. His responsibilities include driving commercial growth, deepening relationships with existing and prospective customers, and ensuring Sparklike continues to deliver the level of technical and commercial support its partners rely on.

Kingston brings a strong track record in the insulating glass industry. He started his career in 2013 at Bystronic Glass, Inc. and has previously served as President at Viprotron North America, Inc. His background spans both the equipment and services side of IGU production, giving him a close understanding of the operational and quality assurance challenges Sparklike’s customers face day to day.

“Sparklike has a great foundation, and the Handheld devices are known in the US market. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to spread the word of Sparklike and our Laser product line even wider in the North American market,” said Kingston Eck, President of Sparklike Inc.

“Kingston brings a great level of expertise to Sparklike,” said Atte Kuusisto, CEO of Sparklike, commenting on the appointment. “His role will be to drive growth, support our customers, and strengthen Sparklike Inc.’s footprint across North America.”

What this means for customers and partners

For customers and partners in North America, the establishment of Sparklike Inc. means an expanded local team and direct access to Sparklike’s expertise in gas fill measurement, without any change to existing service through GED Integrated Solutions in the near term. Sparklike will share further updates on the North American organization as Sparklike Inc. continues to build out its team and operations in the region.
