Successful Presentation at glasstec 2014

Our own resume resulted just as positively.  During the four exhibition days, from 21 until 24 of October, valuable contacts were able to be made, and very interesting conversations could be lead. 

On 180 square meters, we introduced the company and our wide service spectrum to interested visitors and company partners. Of these, three fields were especially important.

On the one hand, this was about energy savings, for which we were able to display impressively, how modern batch plants with an intelligent batch preheating system can save energy, emissions, and costs.

On the other hand, the topic control system technology was very interesting for many. For this we offer the most modern technology enabling the entire plant, from the delivery of raw materials up to the production of the hot gobs of the furnace, to be operated conveniently, securely, and efficiently.

A real highlight was certainly the new batch charger „TUBE-Charger”. After more than two years of development time, it was introduced to the public for the first time at glasstec. A true world premiere. The new batch charger represents the most modern and efficient technology that is currently available on the market.

It may be controlled continuously and can therefore be adjusted precisely to the production quantities. In comparison to the melting furnace, it is completely closed and therefore does not have any emissions or dusting. Furthermore, we were able to reduce abrasion significantly and therefore increase the holding times and longevity of the batch charger.

The glasstec, was once again an extremely important trade fair for us and because of this, the entire ZIPPE trade fair team, exhausted but satisfied, was able to start its way home to Wertheim. “And one thing is for sure: In two years we will certainly be there again!”
