April 12, 2016 in StekloSouz Russia (SSR) signed a cooperation agreement with the Union of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia (UWWR).

The subject of this agreement is the development of the two sectors.  In the process of preparation of the document had been done with regard to increase the consumption of glass packaging for wines and juices the Russian manufacturers. A plan of joint actions for the understanding of the requirements for glass factories including glass import substitution.

Heads of branches in the discussion of joint work plan have expressed hope that the signed document will give an additional impetus to the process and improve the innovation climate to meet any requests of the final consumption of the product.

The agreement was signed by Viktor Osipov, president StekloSouz Russia and Leonid Popovich, president of the Union of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia. Control over the preparation of the material was carried out Pavel Gorshkov, Director of the Department of glassware and SSR Zhavoronkova Natalia, Head of Regional Development UWWR.

As part of the document it is planned to active participation of representatives of the wine and juice industry at the exhibition "World of Glass 2016". In addition to the requirements for glass UWWR experts speaking at the forum, "Glass and Modern Technologies XXI».
