Nov 14 - Sezal Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following: 1.

Resignation of Mr. Mitil Chokshi from the Board as the Independent Director and consequently he ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee. 2. Resignation of Ms. Vimla M. Shah from the Board as the Independent Director and consequently she ceases to be a member of the Investor/Shareholder Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee. 3. Appointment of Mr. R. Rengrajan as the Independent Director of the Company. 4. Appointment of Mr. Hasmukh Shah as the Independent Director of the Company. 5. Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from existing Rs. 45,00,00,000/- to Rs. 60,00,00,000/.

Sezal Glass Ltd., formerly Sejal Architectural Glass Limited, is an India-based company. The Company is a float glass producer. It is engaged in the business of Processing of Glass and retail sale activity. Its own brands include Kool Glass, Tone Glass, Solid Glass, Armour Glass, Firebran Glass, Oyster Glass Basins and Fresca. Its retail brands include lights, sanitary wares and tiles. The Company sells its float glass under the Sezal Glass brand and processed glasses under nine different brands. It also has retail showrooms at different locations in Mumbai, offering branded home and office interior products. The Company's plants are located in Bharuch, which is a float glass plant, and Silvassa, which is a glass processing unit. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company's 550 metric tons per day float glass plant in Bharuch, Gujarat, became operational and also started exporting float glass.
