Safelite Hires Customer Recovery Director

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Jan. 4, 2012 – Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, has appointed Lisa Timmerman as Customer Recovery Director.

In this role, Timmerman will staff and train the Executive Services team with the goal of continuing to delight customers. Timmerman’s role also focuses on developing process improvements for the Executive Services team and building relationships with the field to drive further alignment and benefits for the customer.



Timmerman has spent the last 10 years serving in customer relation leadership roles and most recently as the Store Operations Technology Manager at Bath & Body Works. Within her roles, Timmerman was instrumental in creating a contact center culture focused on integrating customer and associate feedback into everyday business practices. Overall, Timmerman brings 25 years of results-oriented customer experience in the retail and technology service industries.
