Raute Received Orders From China For Six Million Euros

Raute Precision Oy, a member of Raute Group, delivers three new glass batch plants to China. The total value of the orders received is approximately 6 million euros.

All of these three batch plants will be delivered to Chinese float glass producers: Fu Yao Glass, Guangzhou CSG Glass Co and a producer who is not publishing their project for the time being.Machinery deliveries and start-up of the plants will take place in 2004.

Since 1995, Raute Precision has delivered 26 plants and plant modernizations to China, mainly to the glass industry. The now concluded sales are the result of Raute Precision’s technical solutions and persisting marketing efforts in China.

After the SARS epidemy in the beginning of 2003, the plant investments are now brisking up in China. In addition to the above orders, Raute Precision has several projects under negotiation.
