Prodim is always closely following the developments in the glass industry and listens to the users of the Proliner measuring devices. This allows Prodim to keep improving the measuring devices and developing new solutions for several industries. At Glass South America in São Paulo from 21 – 24 May 2014, Prodim will be showcasing the Proliners of the CS and IS series and the Unfold software.
Proliner CS and IS Series
Prodim provides two series of Proliners: the Industry Series (IS Series) and the Construction Series (CS Series). The Proliner Construction Series is the industry’s best solution for digital measuring in the glass industry. The Proliner Industry Series is the solution for high-end measurements and quality purposes. The IS Series is, therefore, recommendable for bent glass manufacturers. Both digital and portable measuring devices come with extended CAD functions, making it possible to check and edit measurements immediately on-site. The digital drawing can be used to create measurement reports but can also be sent to the CNC machine.
Prodim Unfold 3.0
Prodim has developed the Unfold Software in particular for bent glass manufacturers (automotive, naval, etc.). This software easily translates 3D drawings into 2D unfolded shapes in one click, taking into consideration the material properties. Prodim Unfold has been improved lately, making it possible to preserve holes on the surface of the windshield glass. In addition, this software allows handling more extreme curvatures now.
