Possibility for re-analyse with LineScanner

Date: 24 April 2013

The LineScanner system from Softsolution includes an additional functionality now as well, which makes it possible to re-analyse a glass pane.

This works for dimension- and quality check.

It means, that the system checks the quality and/or size of a glass according predefined quality settings. If the operator recognizes, that the used quality set is not the correct one for this specific piece of glass, he can change the quality set and ask for a re-analyse of it. The result in reference for the new quality set will be shown immediately to the operator.

Next to this, the glass can now also be checked according 2 different quality sets every time. This results in the usage of 2 output signals. The first one could be used e.g. for an automatic stapler to remove the “bad glasses”, while the second result is going to be shown to an operator on a typical stop-position on the production line.
