The world leading electronic and vision innovative glass supplier Polytron Technologies, Inc have their booth in Hall 10-D14-4 on Glasstec 2008.

Polytron showcase all their full line products including Polyvision Switchable Privacy glass (also called PDLC glass or Magic Screen glass), Polymagic LED glass, Polyholo glass, Polylens glass, Polynano glass, Polyflush glass and Liteglow glass on this largest trade fair in glass industry worldwide. Especially, this is the first time Polytron announce their Liteglow glass to the market.



Liteglow glass has another name of Luminous glass. It is an unique glass developed by Polytron. Liteglow has unique brightness in dark surroundings, which enable products made from it providing a romantic atmosphere and also have lum to lead direction. It’s a whole new application of using luminescence technology on the glass and this new, innovative product will lead the manufacturing techniques into a new era.



Visitors were interested in Polytron` s high-tech LED glass installed as the glass wall of the booth(see below photo) very much. Polytron` genius engineer combine the speaker, fans and spot lamp on one panel of LED glass. These three items can be powered without any disturbing wires through a laminated glass capable of conducting electricity. It is a landmark application for glass products combined with 3C products and hopefully to inspire 3C manufacturers and designers to develop more innovative ultra thin electrical appliances on glass. In the coming future, you may only need one panel of glass then can have all the functions such as listening to the music, watch movie/TV/Demo (projecting the DVD video on Polyvision glass as super large screen!), lighting…and so on.
