Showcasing Pilkington’s Float Glass Process and Glazing Products. The NSG Group is proud to announce the release of its new video on the Pilkington Float Glass Process.   This seven minute video provides an in depth look at how float glass is manufactured and its multitude of uses.

The video takes you step-by-step through each stage in the process, providing impressive images of a float glass line and manufacturing facility. The video describes a myriad of types of architectural, automotive and specialty glass, including their features, benefits and applications.

Using the Pilkington float glass process, glass is produced 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for over 15 years. The approximate 450 float glass lines worldwide produce more than 1 million tons of glass per year.
