The video takes you step-by-step through each stage in the process, providing impressive images of a float glass line and manufacturing facility. The video describes a myriad of types of architectural, automotive and specialty glass, including their features, benefits and applications.

Using the Pilkington float glass process, glass is produced 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for over 15 years. The approximate 450 float glass lines worldwide produce more than 1 million tons of glass per year.
