NSG Appointment of Representative Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company

NSG Group, (hereinafter “the Company”) announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board approved the appointment of Keiji Yoshikawa to the position of Representative Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company.

Mr. Yoshikawa is concurrently appointed Chief Project Management Officer (CPMO) and will have responsibility for managing major initiatives to improve the profitability of the Company.

This appointment increases the number of Representatives of the Company to two, including Craig Naylor Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO.
