The National Glass Association announced today that it has joined forces with Intercorp Inc., a leading insurance program management firm, to offer its members a comprehensive slate of business insurance plans.

"Access to the complete coverage offered through our partnership with Intercorp will provide our members—particularly smaller companies—the peace of mind and confidence they need to focus on what they do best: run a competitive business," said Tonya Johnson, NGA's senior manager, customer service and certification.

Programs offered through the NGA partnership with Intercorp include: workers compensation, business owners insurance, environmental liability insurance, umbrella liability, automobile coverage and supplemental health benefits. Intercorp serves as both a program manager and insurance wholesaler, giving it the flexibility to work directly with NGA member companies or through a local insurance agent.

"We have a wide range of expertise in first identifying a company's insurance needs and then going out and getting the best policies at the best rates," said John Matternas, Intercorp Principal. "Having the right coverage is a critical hallmark of any successful business, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to provide this vital service to the NGA's diverse membership."
