Neptun's first mitering machine

Date: 26 February 2013

Thanks to a huge engineering and manufacturing effort, in less than two years from the launch of the first 2 straight-line edgers of the series Rock, at the end of 2012, Neptun has made available to the market its first mitering machine with 10 wheels.

Structure in cast iron and steel with high thickness, with spindles separated from the motor with anti-vibration transmission belt, automatic centralized lubrication, conveying system with chain with patented pads sliding on guides in tempered steel, a separated electrical cabinet, inlet conveyor with clutch pedal for the loading of glass sheets with big dimensions.Compact, solid, fast, managed by a powerful Numerical Control, this machine was born to leave a mark.Since its first presentation, at the Show Glasstec in Dusseldorf, October 2012, Rock 10-45 has drawn the interest and attracted the purchase orders of the most demanding and qualified operators of the industry sector.During the whole year 2013, the machine will be available for demonstrations at Neptun's Show-Room in Rovello Porro, Como, where also the other products of Neptun's product range can be tested.
