Monolithic molybdenum rotary targets.   Higher sputtering rates and optimized coating properties are possible with our monolithic rotary targets.These require no backing tube and indium bonding, and can be sputtered at up to 30 kW/m.

You would like to save costs? Our monolithic rotary targets are available with an inner diameter coating. This polymer-based coating prevents direct contact between the target material and cooling water during the sputtering process. You need no additional inhibitors for the cooling water which saves you costs.
