Meet us at the SVC TechCon in Rhode Island

Our coating experts will be ready for your visit at the SVC Technical Conference between 23th and 24th April.

Learn more about monotlic rotary targets and CuGa sputtering targets for CIGS. Monolithic molybdenum rotary targets.   Higher sputtering rates and optimized coating properties are possible with our monolithic rotary targets. These require no backing tube and indium bonding, and can be sputtered at up to 30 kW/m.

You would like to save costs? Our monolithic rotary targets are available with an inner diameter coating. This polymer-based coating prevents direct contact between the target material and cooling water during the sputtering process. You need no additional inhibitors for the cooling water which saves you costs.

Copper-Gallium (CuGa) sputtering targets.

We tailor our CuGa targets to meet the precise needs of your CIGS process. Our powder metallurgical manufacturing methods make a broad range of material compositions possible. Our targets have a particularly fine and homogeneous microstructure. This guarantees uniform coatings at all times.

We're looking forward to your visit.
