As the window and roofline industry faces up to another year of extremely tough conditions and uncertainty Freefoam have stayed focused on meeting the changing needs of their customers. Having a service that is continually improving and delivering what customers want is clearly paying dividends.

It’s no accident though.  Richard Jackson, UK National Sales Manager explains “We made a conscious decision sometime ago to focus our efforts on growing the sales of our existing customers by working both with them, and on their behalf”.

Freefoam are now realising the full benefits of this strategy by experiencing growth in all sectors of the product range together with new sales opportunities.

Lister Trade Frames are a good example of the relationships Freefoam are developing with new stockists.  Listers are one of the largest independent manufacturers of windows, doors and conservatories in the Midlands area and have built a reputation for delivering high quality products whilst retaining exemplary levels of customer service.  They were looking for a new trade partner to provide a high level of quality and service for their roofline range and found it in Freefoam.

Mark Warren commented “We are rigorous about our selection of trade partners and certainly put Freefoam through their paces before we committed to a contract!  They demonstrated to us that they could provide consistently superior quality roofline products without compromising on lead times. Our customers are extremely pleased with the quality of the new roofline range and that’s really encouraging. We are looking forward to working with Freefoam to develop a lasting partnership to ensure our customers get the best service possible”
