Knauf Insulation to Acquire Guardian Insulation

The transaction includes Guardian Fiberglass, a leading supplier of insulation products for the construction market, and Guardian Laminated Building Products.

Closing of the transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
