At the 8th July 2013 the board of JSC „Valmieras stikla šķiedra” made a decision to conclude a contract for buying the company in Great Britain P-D Interglas Technologies Ltd.      The company given above produces fiber glass products for aviation, thermal insulation and architecture.

In 2012 the company reached the annual turnover of 20 Mill euros.
