JLI vision is a technological leader in glass inspection. One of the product lines is standard and customer specified tube inspection systems.A new on-line system will be displayed at the JLI Stand 12C30.

This is a compact high performance
unit for pharmaceutical and technical glass production.

High performance systems are made to the following
specifications:

Line speed: 20 m/s.
Tube diameter: 1 - 80 mm.
Defect size: Stone & Knots, down to 0.05 mm
Airlines: min. length 1 mm min. width 0.02 mm.
Optional add-on cord inspection.

Off-line tube end inspection systems are designed
for glazed and end-formed tubes.

Glazed tube end inspection systems are available for
detection of airlines down to 0.002 mm

End-formed tubes can be inspected with geometrical
accuracy of 0.2 mm. Cracks will be detected down to
0.5 mm lengths. Typical speeds are 300 tubes a minute.
