High Credibility Investors to Share Equity in Emirates Float Glass

Emirates Float Glass (EFG) LLC, founded by Dubai Investments PJSC has announced that a host of highly credible investors drawn from different countries of the GCC region will participate in the total equity of EFG, with overall sharing ratio of 30 percent by GCC investors and 70 percent by UAE investors.“The tremendous interest and response from investors in the GCC region encouraged Emirates Float Glass to opt for the strategic long term partners to be stakeholders in this ambitious project.

We will now have an interesting representation of strategic investors for Emirates Float Glass from the GCC region which is our primary target market,” said Khalid Kalban, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Investments PJSC.
