This fantastic looking scheme was awarded to Dortech by Main Contractors BAM Construction who have appointed the Mersey Design Group Ltd, from Liverpool as part of their implementation team.

Dortech have now designed, manufactured and installed over £3.1 million worth of curtain walling, glazed entrances and roof lights in Leisure Sector in the past 10 years and this project represents our 50th project in this sector.

Dortech was responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of glazing to the entrance concourse and the fitness suite which covered an area of over 800m2.

Technal MX visible grid curtain walling was used throughout the installation. This is the first of two phases of work at Great Sanky Neighbourhood Hub, with the second phase set to go ahead later in the year. This will be a mixed use development containing offices and a spa area.
