Glazing Company Picks Up 38,965-SF Facility in San BernardinoPrivate investors sold the industrial facility at 1795 Riverview Drive in San Bernardino to Giroux Glass for $3 million, or $77 per square foot.

The 38,965-square-foot distribution building was built in 1981 in the Southeast Industrial Park.Features include 3,200 square feet of office, three loading docks, three drive-ins and three-phase power. The buyer, a glazing contracting company, plans to allocate $100,000 towards improving the property.

Herrick Johnson and Alexey Zabolotskikh of Lee & Associates represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
