Since 1980, EXTERPLAS has manufactured and distributed joints and profiles to meet the needs of a wide variety of industrial applications. The firm has more than 200 tons of permanent raw material stock and more than 10,000 product references, with more than 3,000 dies manufactured entirely in its die-casting workshops using its own technology. All this allows EXTERPLAS to manufacture more than 20 million metres of product per year.

EXTERPLAS joints and profiles are made in all kinds of materials: Soft or rigid PVC, thermoplastic rubbers, EPDM, polyethylenes, PC, ABS, EVA, PU and PMMA, among others. A variety of extrusion processes may be used: coextrusion, triextrusion, central joint, thermal bridge, glazing and sealing.
