Emirates Glass Wins Burj Residence Phase 1, 2, And 3 Deal

Emirates Glass, a Dubai Investments subsidiary and leading supplier of premium architectural glass products, is well-advanced with a landmark order to supply a total of 66,000 square meters of its Emicool glass for the Burj Residence projects in Dubai.

The company has already supplied 30,000 square meters of EmiCool Sun NN46 Green glass for Burj Residence Phase 1 and 16,000 square meters of EmiCool Sun NN50 Blue Green glass for Phase 2.Emirates Glass is now supplying 20,000m2 of its EmicoolSun NN60 Grey glass to Burj Residence Phase 3, which is expected to be completed sometime during late summer this year. All the structures are located at the Burj Dubai Precinct.

EmiCoolSun NN Series has been developed as a range of Low-E coatings which have a neutral silver appearance when applied onto clear and tinted float glass substrates. The EmiCoolSun range of four coating options provides a multifunctional capability with good solar resistance and excellent thermal insulation. It allows generous transmission of light with low internal reflection, giving the appearance of clear or tinted glass when viewed from inside.

All Emirates Glass’ products including EmiCool Classic, EmiCoolSun, EmiCoolPlus and EmiCool Super E2 coated glass, are produced according to ASTM C 1376-97 specifications.

All Emirates Glass products meet the strict quality standards of Dubai Municipality, whilst most of them fully comply with Dubai Municipality’s latest energy-saving regulations.
