Hall 11 / Stand F42Los Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co., Inc., a leading supplier to the glazing, industrial, construction, architectural, and automotive industries, is introducing the Madrid Series Hinge Kits, the company’s first series of notch-free frameless shower door hinges.

Brad Murphy, Manager of Technical Sales at CRL, comments, “The CRL Madrid Series of Hinges gives the installer three mounting options, making it the most versatile of all our pivot hinges. Also, the Madrid is also one of the easiest-to-mount hinges, because there are no holes to drill, or notches to cut in the glass. The Madrid's pivot can be mounted in a Header, a Wall Block, or a Soffit Sleeve. They are all very simple and provide for a quick installation. The Madrid’s elegantly simple lines will blend with most any bathroom décor.”

The Madrid Hinge Kits fit 3/8” (10 mm) glass with no glass fabrication required. This means no holes or cut-outs are necessary. The hinges and their respective Mounting Kits are available in five popular finishes: chrome, brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, and satin chrome. Custom finishes are available on special order.

Murphy concludes, “The top and bottom mount installation exposes more glass and less hardware. The result? Very clean lines with little hardware revealed.”

CRL supports it's extensive product line with a CRL Technical Sales Department available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., on Saturday. Technical Sales representatives can help create an attractive and safe frameless shower enclosure, and lend assistance with product selections and design criteria. CRL operates a 270,000 sq. ft. QS-9000 and ISO 9001 Certified manufacturing facility in Southern California, and distributes throughout the United States and Canada through a network of 17 ISO9002 Certified branch distribution centers.
