As part of CertainTeed's multi-phase enterprise-wide supply chain project, ValueCurve will implement project value management solutions that will support new business process designs, help the organization assimilate to change, and align new technologies to overall business strategies for increased IT performance.

ValueCurve will implement its ValueDriver4(TM) software and utilize its Speed2Value(TM) methodology to provide CertainTeed with the ability to link their business case to delivered results. Included in ValueCurve's approach is the implementation of key performance measures, risk management, communication processes and stakeholder management to help ensure that the organization is ready for change and accountable for results. ValueCurve will also serve as overall project management advisor to share best practices and lessons learned for achieving project ROI. Overall, the supply chain project will involve 125 stakeholders within five facilities throughout the United States. It will encompass new systems and processes across finance, accounting, procurement, inventory management, planning and logistics and manufacturing.
