Following certification of the integrity rated glass SCHOTT "Pyran" S last year, the CE conformity has now also been certified for SCHOTT "Pyranova" by the "Notified Body“ in Warrington.

As a result, the glass for EI (F) fire-protective glazing may now also be marked accordingly.

The CE mark certifies that the product that bears it fulfills the European technical standards published by the European Commission. The main reason for the introduction of this mark is to simplify trade inside the European region.

The use of the CE mark is mandatory for standard products, tempered and coated glass.
