The boards of directors of Building Envelope Software Technologies of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Building Envelope Software Technologies of Denver, Colorado, USA (the "Companies") are pleased to announce the following changes to the management of the companies.

Effective immediately: Dan Andersen formerly President and CEO will become Chairman of Building Envelope Software Technologies of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Barbara Andersen, formerly Vice President Operations will become President and CEO of Building Envelope Software Technologies.Barbara will retain her position as President and CEO of Building Envelope Software Technologies of Denver, Colorado.

The boards are pleased to welcome O. Alan Hamilton. Alan will become Vice President of Operations of the Companies. With degrees in Engineering and Law, as well as experience in corporate finance, Alan will assist in steering the companies through their next growth phase.

We are also pleased to welcome Josh Rudd who has joined Building Envelope Software Technologies Inc. as General Manager, Sales, located in Denver, Colorado. Josh brings years of experience in the commercial glazing industry as well as extensive depth in sales and marketing.
